Oh hello, Friday. I didn’t see you there because I was squeezing my eyes shut wishing I could click my heels and end up on a tropical island. Alas, here I am, in the tundra that is NYC.
Clearly I’ve got big plans to stay inside this weekend. Oh wait, I have to get some fresh air tomorrow for #feelgoodfeb. Dammit why did we include that one? Juuust kiddin’, a little QT outside never hurt anyone. Other than that, I’m getting my cozy on and catching up some weekend reads. Here’s the rundown:

Well lookie here! CTK made the cut on our pal Celsea’s list of Women in Wellness, and we’re honored to be in such great company. By the way, she’s got a smokin’ new site called Fresh Meets Fierce, so poke around while you’re at it.
I think the subhead intros this one better than I can, so here goes: “Women’s communication styles are judged more critically than men. Man, Fast Co. nailed it this week. “How you really sound while flirting with your office crush” had me chuckling, and also deeply troubled. I can absolutely hear myself proclaiming it’s “seltza time.”
Sports Illustrated made headlines by featuring plus-size model Ashley Graham in the highly anticipated 2015 Swimsuit Issue. Bravo, SI, bravo. Let’s hope this is the start of a new era, in which models of all shapes and sizes grace the pages, yes?
And finally, collective “awwwww” on 3. 1, 2, 3 … .
