Crop Tops & Kale is the digital love child of three friends who wanted to do something fun. We found that too often the resources online for women like us were too perfect, too expert, too inclined to actually make us feel inadequate about our lives. We wanted to share our journey as real women to inspire (and possibly entertain). We are women who want to feel good. We’re on a mission to help you do the same.
Who We Are:
Bridget ‘BShan’ Shannon
BShan likes healthy food, and also likes to romp around the inter-webs, so it makes sense that she ended up in a career that combines both. Heading up digital media for Integrative Nutrition by day, she does her best to stay on top of new health hacks and wellness trends. She is a firm believer that travel is the best form of education, especially when it involves sampling the local cuisine. She lives in Brooklyn with Lucy the Beagle, and finds peace in running, red wine and Stevie Wonder, in no particular order.

Dana ‘D-Money’ Palumbo
D-Money hails from New Jersey and loves to quit corporate jobs. She’s a Certified Health Coach, yogi and soon-to-be Airstream-dwelling-nomad. She’s mom to Jacko the Shiba Inu and fiance to Juice Master Joel. She loves personal development, bacon, green juice and Svasana. She reads all those self-help, nutrition and spiritual books so that you don’t have to.

Leisha ‘Unleished’ Gallagher
Unleished enjoys geeking out on tech and pretending she’s super healthy. Originally from The Big Sky State, she came to New York by way of Costa Rica. She finds herself in random life situations like living in Central America, working for mediumly-legal corporations and training for a trek to Everest Base Camp. Her interests include beets, goat cheese, horses, puppies, wine and lady yoga dates. When she’s not in New York, you can find her enjoying Boo-Time in Montreal where she’s searching for loopholes in Canadian immigration law.
